Seconds Before Super Bowl Kickoff, Trump Unleashes ‘Nasty Surprise’ On Racist NFL Kneelers

The New England Patriots faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, finally putting the drama-filled NFL season to an end.

However, seconds before the Super Bowl kickoff, President Donald Trump unleashed a “nasty surprise” on all of the racist athletes who have been kneeling during the National Anthem since September. You’re going to love this!

Starting back in September, professional football players from teams nationwide began kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem in the vein of former San Fransisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Kaepernick began “taking a knee” as The Star-Spangled Banner played before games in 2016 to protest “police brutality” and “racial discrimination” in America. Of course, this could not have been more ironic, seeing as Kaepernick was adopted by a white family who raised him with every advantage in the world. Not to mention the fact that he makes more money than ninety-nine percent of white people.

Although Colin Kaepernick is perhaps the worst poster boy for “racial discrimination” of all time, his colleagues quickly jumped on the bandwagon and began kneeling during the anthem as well, in a blatant display of disrespect for the country which has afforded them such tremendous opportunity. Unfortunately, the movement didn’t end with the 2016 NFL season.

When football started again in the fall of 2017, professional ballplayers went back to their old antics, “taking a knee” instead of standing reverently with their hands over their hearts. Their protests intensified after President Trump admonished them in a speech to his supporters, saying they ought to be fired for turning their backs on our flag and the brave men and women who have sacrificed everything so that self-entitled athletes like Colin Kaepernick can live safely and freely.

  • President Donald Trump sparked controversy months ago when he suggested NFL owners should fire players who kneel during the national anthem. Following his comments, many NFL players knelt during the anthem in retaliation. Trump has remained critical of the protests since then, and NFL ratings have plummeted as fans have boycotted. Vice President Mike Pence even walked out of an Indianapolis Colts game after players protested during the national anthem. Despite such a loathsome football season, you’ll be happy to know that President Donald Trump has officially gotten the last laugh in his feud with the ungrateful kneelers of the NFL.

Now, with football season coming to an end, Trump has broken a presidential tradition by refusing to participate in an interview before the Super Bowl. Instead, he released a statement ahead of kickoff thanking the “brave men and women of our Armed Forces” for freedom as “we proudly stand for the National Anthem.”

“As many Americans come together to watch the Super Bowl, Melania and I extend our greetings and appreciation for those who make occasions like this possible, particularly the brave men and women of our Armed Forces,” read Trump’s statement.

“Though many of our Nation’s service members are unable to be home with family and friends to enjoy this evening’s American tradition, they are always in our thoughts and prayers,” continued Trump. “We owe these heroes the greatest respect for defending our liberty and our American way of life,” he explained.

“Their sacrifice is stitched into each star and every stripe of our Star-Spangled Banner. We hold them in our hearts and thank them for our freedom as we proudly stand for the National Anthem,” he added, according to USA TODAY.

“We send our best wishes for an enjoyable Super Bowl Sunday. May God bless and protect our troops, and may He continue to bless the United States of America,” concluded the president.

Please share this report to remind others why we proudly stand with our hands over our hearts when the National Anthem is played!
